Across all challenges and unfavourable situations, college is striving to reach at highest academic excellence. It imparts education to mostly first generation learners, 99% are coming from SC, ST, minority belt.
i) Provide equal opportunities in education : It provide and ensure equal and optimum opportunities to all students coming from various levels of the society, as ensured in our constitution.
ii) Empowerment (academically and psychologically): It is our aim to bring comprehensive development both academically and psychologically. Good academic carrer is required for one’s own future individual development. But we believe that good academies excellence will be void unless it is embodied with good human qualities. Students are the future of our society. A good society and also a State require good citizen with sound academic and psychogical career. With this view in mind, we also impart moral and ethical values to students apart from their regular official courses, through various seminars, lectures , workshops etc. Actually we want to empower the students both academically and psychologically, so that they can become a good citizen and can do something better for our society and further for our state and nation in general.
With all these in mind, we are trying our best to provide such an environment , in our institution, to the students so that we can reach our goal .We have started different extra curricular activities like NSS, through which students can behold himself / herself in a greater society, can think for others living in the community i.e. can think in a broader perspective and which in further will motivate him/her to think for the betterment of the society, State and also of the Nation.
Keeping in mind the vision, the mission are as follows:
i) Provides equal access to education students, coming from all levels of society.
ii) Provides education to students belong to such rural belt by taking minimum amount of fees
iii) Relatiom between teachers and students is very good.It reflects the teaching-learning process. Everyone has (both teacher and student ) their accountability and responsibility in their own fields.
iv) Ensure full support to the students by the teachers ( through various teaching materials) both in offline or in online mode of teaching.
v) Encourage the teachers to introduce new mode of teaching i.e. to remain updated with new advanced methodologies through which they can serve the students in a much better way, for example, online classes taken through google meet, providing materials through whatsapp, you -tube, phone call etc.
vi) Provide advanced technical assistance to both teachers and students.
vii) Inspire various departments to arrange Seminars, Symposium, workshop (State/ National / International) , so that both teachers and students remain updated and can enriched themselves. Interdepartmental Seminars, quiz-contexts, postering, essay competitions should be arranged for the further academic development of the students. Periodic journals should be published for both teachers and students. Through these activities both teachers and students expose their latent talent and capabilities in a much better way.
viii) Inspire the teachers to arrange various cultural Programmes, various seasonal Programmesetc with the students so that a student can feel his/her own identity. It will also foster a good teacher – student relationship which is very urgent for the development of the institution.
ix) Arranging different programmes for serving nearby community or adjacent locality like illiteracy camp, blood -donation camp and health check-ups, sports , programmes related to agriculture etc so that this institution can serve the community by going beyond their normal course and programmes.
